I am hosting this week’s Presto Pasta Night! For those of you who do not know what this fun little linky-party is, let me explain. Ruth from Once Upon a Feast started this group MANY years ago. It’s a roundup of fantastic pasta dishes in no particular order. Unfortunately this week is a little light but there are three good options so maybe you’ll be inspired!

Tandy from Lavender and Lime made Green Bean Pasta. I’m always looking for new ways to incorporate vegetables into my dinner so this is great! Plus it lists bacon as one of the ingredients so that is a winner in my book.Alicia of Foodycat made Spaghetti and Meatballs. What a timeless classic that is. She surprised us all by not using beef but tuna instead so check those out! It was inspired by a recipe created by Jamie Oliver, who is one of my favorite chefs.Last, but not least, is my post for this week – Hoisin-Soy Noodles. I loved it! What a great salty and sweet Asian-inspired dish this was for dinner.

Next up…. HoneyB at The Life & Loves of Grumpy’s HoneyBunch  is hosting for the fourth time.  Send your entries to grumpyshoneybunch (at) yahoo (dot) com and cc ruth (at) 4everykitchen (dot) com by Thursday February 23 and check back for the roundup next Friday.  Thank you so much Ruth for letting me host! 2. A select group indeed! Green bean pasta sounds so tasty, and the hoi sin noodles look delicious.

I'm just an Italian girl with a love for food - no surprise there! I think cooking and baking for family and friends creates the best memories.
