Fun Food Photo Everyday in 2012
/365 – Breakfast: one of my favorite meals of the day. Especially on weekends. Home fries, cheddar scrambled eggs, hickory-smoked bacon and Baked Oatmeal in the oven. Yup, it was just Shaun and I, on a typical Sunday morning.
/365 – This is that Baked Oatmeal I was talking about. I had to give you a sneak-preview. Post to come soon!
/365 – Aren’t the colors here beautiful? You better believe this was a very important ingredient for a very yummy dinner I made last week.
/365 – They sell this in stores now. It was only a matter of time. Of course I bought it.
/365 – This is a mixture of cornflakes, shredded coconut and panko breadcrumbs. Can you guess what I did with this? I breaded some chicken and put it on a nice salad with a healthy homemade dressing. I bet you want that recipe, huh?
/365 – Friday night’s dinner – rotisserie chicken from Stop & Shop (because it is only $5 on Friday’s) along with homemade sides: Cornbread, Marsala Glazed Mushrooms, Green Beans with Lemon-Mustard Vinaigrette and leftover Broth-Braised Potatoes. Don’t worry – those will all be posted in the coming weeks.
/365 – Cookies that only look like Gingerbread men! These treats will make an appearance on Cookin’ with Moxie tomorrow via Club: Baked.
