2/365 – Smoked Beef Brisket made by my stepdad Bill with the new smoker we bought him for Christmas (best gift ever!) – he nailed the smoke ring on the first try!
3/365 – Poached Eggs for breakfast (made in my new awesome egg poacher pan from my brother P.J.) – with a side of hash browns and maple bacon of course
4/365 – Dark Chocolate Covered Cherries and my new penguin mug from Shaunny (I <3 penguins)

6/365 – The story of my life – 4 things going on at once in my kitchen (fruit salad and green salad, Spaghetti el Limone which will be posted this week and ingredients prepped for pesto sauce)
7/365 – Lunch at Antico Forno in the North End before the Bruins game (I got Fusilli al Tegamino – Brick oven baked fusilli pasta, sautéed eggplant, zucchini, roasted peppers in a plum tomato sauce topped with goat cheese and basil and Shaun got Linguine al Frutti di Mare – Linguine pasta with clams, mussels, calamari and shrimp sautéed in plum tomato sauce baked in parchment paper)
