2/365 – Smoked Beef Brisket made by my stepdad Bill with the new smoker we bought him for Christmas (best gift ever!) – he nailed the smoke ring on the first try!
3/365 – Poached Eggs for breakfast (made in my new awesome egg poacher pan from my brother P.J.) – with a side of hash browns and maple bacon of course

7/365 РLunch at Antico Forno in the North End before the Bruins game (I got Fusilli al Tegamino РBrick oven baked fusilli pasta, saut̩ed eggplant, zucchini, roasted peppers in a plum tomato sauce topped with goat cheese and basil and Shaun got Linguine al Frutti di Mare РLinguine pasta with clams, mussels, calamari and shrimp saut̩ed in plum tomato sauce baked in parchment paper)
